NetRaker Experience Recorder is a Web-based remote-research application that enables companies to observe and interact with their customers, partners and/or employees by empowering their researchers to remotely view and record their users' computers. It provides real-time chat, screen sharing, and other capabilities to probe interesting issues and conduct real-time testing with users, in their natural setting, for increased statistical validity.



By connecting through the Internet or via intranets and extranets, researchers can view their user’s desktops and chat in real time. As part of NetRaker’s complete ASP, it can be integrated in less than a week, regardless of the number of users. Because it is completely Web based, there is no software to install on end-user machines. The technology is application independent and supports all major platforms including Windows, Linux, Solaris and Mac.
